Palmer Auditorium - 1188 seat proscenium theatre with new audio system, computer lighting system, and full fly system.
$1500/day + required UM technicians fees.

Anna Irvin Dining Hall - 200-300 person, newly renovated luxury dining room. $500/day + cost of food provided by UM partner Sodexho.

Montevallo Room - 50-75 person, also newly renovated dining room.
$300/day + cost of food provided by UM partner Sodexho.

Anna Irvin Dining Hall and Montevallo Room - $750 for simultaneous use of both areas.

Merchant and Planters Bank Auditorium and Master Classroom - 247 seats. Fully equipped with audio/video technology with internet access.
$300/day + required UM technicians fees

Reynolds Hall Foyer - Intimate reception center in Southern style.
$400 + cost of food provided by UM partner Sodexho.
