"We are
very excited to add Katherine and
Whitney to our team." head coach Michael
Marquardt said. "They both had
successful high school careers and I am
extremely excited they decided to
continue their running careers at the
University of Montevallo."
"I expect them both to make an immediate
impact this fall, just like January and
Georgia, our two freshmen did last year.
We should have a great pack working
together so that we can get our first
All-Conference performers this season. I
am excited that I get to coach these two
young ladies over the next four years
and I cannot wait to get started this
fall."
