Scope of Support
The purpose of the Help Desk is to provide ready access to information and assistance for University-owned desktop and network hardware and software authorized by the University of Montevallo. This assistance includes support for network connectivity, Macintosh and Windows operating systems, and the Microsoft Office productivity software suites for PC and Mac users.
Limited assistance is available for student-owned computers. Please refer to the Student PC Support page for more information.
