The Division of Business Affairs manages financial, business and facilities matters for the University and is comprised of the following offices:

Accounting Office

The Accounting Office provides timely and accurate information in support of the learning environment of our students and the teaching, working and research endeavors of our faculty and staff within guidelines set forth by our state and national agencies, regulatory institutions and our Board of Trustees. The combined area is responsible for audit, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, accounting, cashiering, student accounts, and payroll.

Purchasing and Accounts Payable Office

The Purchasing and Accounts Payable Office’s mission is to continually identify and incorporate innovative business services practices that will support the teaching, research and service efforts of the University. We will do this by adhering to University policy, state law and sound business practices. The combined area is responsible for accounts payable, purchasing, vending, copy services and a campus wide system of budget control.
