Several University of Montevallo classrooms or academic spaces are equipped with standardized technology for hybrid, log-in/drop-in or synchronous instruction. These spaces may also be known as “Smart Rooms”.
The technology in these spaces include a lectern with control panel and monitor, instructor computer, either an interactive projector and whiteboard or an interactive TV, document camera, Blu-ray player, two integrated cameras (instructor facing/classroom facing), ceiling microphones, speakers and instructor lapel microphone. Those spaces are listed below.
