2023 Freshman Orientation
For freshman students beginning school in August 2023
All incoming freshman students must participate in an orientation session in order to register for their classes. We have seven Orientation options for freshman students beginning classes in the Fall 2023 semester: April 21, 2023, April 27, 2023, April 28, 2023, June 9, 2023, June 22, 2023, June 23, 2023, and July 21, 2023. Registration for these Orientation dates is now open. Please select the date you prefer below to register.
*Due to limited space on campus during the spring semester when classes are in session, students who attend April Orientation are limited to ONE guest.
April 21, 2023- Registration for this date is closed. It is at capacity.
April 27, 2023- Orientation Registration
April 28, 2023- Orientation Registration
June 9, 2023- Orientation Registration
June 22, 2023- Orientation Registration
June 23, 2023- Orientation Registration
July 21, 2023- Orientation Registration
We will have two virtual orientation options for out of state and international students on June 27th and August 1st. If you qualify for this option, please email orientation@montevallo.edu for more information.

ORIENTATION STEP 2: On Your Orientation Day

MEET YOUR ORIENTATION GROUP | Attend your Orientation Group meeting, meet your peers, and ask your Orientation Leaders questions. |

REGISTER FOR YOUR CLASSES | Register for your fall classes through Banner Self Service following your advising appointment. |
| GET YOUR STUDENT ID MADE | Visit the Solution Center to take your ID photo, and pick your ID up at Orientation Check-Out. |
