This recital will include Nocturne and Allegro Scherzando by Phillippe Gaubert for flute and piano, a Handel Sonata for flute and keyboard, both performed by the Department of Music’s newest faculty member, Dr. Brittney Patterson, with staff accompanist Laurie Middaugh. Also, the reunited Magnolia Trio, with Lori Ardovino, clarinet, Patti Pilon, cello, and Laurie Middaugh, piano, will perform the Clarinet Trio by Johannes Brahms.
