MONTEVALLO—University of Montevallo music student Devin Burton, of Hartselle, was recently named the 1st-place winner in the Men’s Voice category of the Alabama National Federation of Music Clubs competition, held recently at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Burton, who is majoring in vocal performance, is a student in the studio of UM Associate Professor of Music Roderick George.
